2”x4” wood planks, scrap wood, ethically sourced logs, burlap, chicken wire, plaster, wire, scrap metal found by the river, old shirts, old sheets, scrap linen found in the sculpture basement, picnic blankets from home, my scarf, dried roses collected throughout the years, cardboard, the support of my sculpture team, and hardware.

This project began with the intent to create an interactive piece as a surrogate for the Self. It became a portal of light and comfort where people could come and rest, a dramatic shift from the outside world.
